Gracious Living Homecare was started in 2024 to serve our patients across Indiana. Our goal is to renew and restore the highest quality of life possible to our patients. We are dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of our patients with the opportunity to encourage and promote independence.

Gracious Living Homecare is owned by Chasity. We are the CEO and founder of Gracious Living Homecare. We are a new company serving all 92 counties in Indiana. We are excited to be a part of serving what we call unique needs within our community.
